Technical Manager
Ibrahim Wurie Bah is an experienced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professional with extensive expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, virtualization, and digital transformation. As the Co-Founder and Technical Manager of C3 Technology Solutions, he combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance. With significant experience designing, implementing, and managing complex ICT projects across public and private sector organizations, Ibrahim specializes in network architecture, systems administration, managed IT services (MSP), ICT consulting, and technology-driven business transformation. He holds multiple industry-recognized certifications from leading technology providers, including Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, and CompTIA. Ibrahim holds a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is currently pursuing an MSc in Information Systems at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, while actively contributing to ICT capacity building through professional training and mentorship.
